Class Style Monthly Highlight: Intermediate/Advanced Hatha
The Intermediate/Advanced Hatha class might be different than you assume. Yes, some more advanced poses are offered, but the "advanced" portion of this class rests more on the ability of the practitioners to make choices to ele- vate their own practice. Some weeks, the class really emphasizes pranayama (breath work) or chanting, so the practitioners can take their yoga practice past just the practice of the physical poses. If you're looking for something to challenge yourself both physically and mentally, this is it!
Thursday 9:30am with Cathie
We look forward to Gathering with you soon!
